How is this different from other coaching programs?

Dr. Laucirica is a Physician · Certified Nutrition and Health Coach Medical Weight Loss Specialist · GLP-1 Expert and a member of the Obesity Society with more than 25 years of clinical and public health experience. The recipes, workout plans, and healthy swaps are all physician designed. The framework is the same one used in his clinical practice.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Your workout plan is built around whatever you have access to — home gym, commercial gym, or just bodyweight. On your kickoff call, your coach will assess your equipment and build the plan accordingly.

Does this work if I'm on GLP-1 medication?

Yes — this program is designed to work with or without GLP-1 therapy. If you're on semaglutide or tirzepatide, your coach will adapt the nutrition and workout plan to complement your medication. GLP-1 therapy reduces appetite significantly, so the workout and nutrition plan adjusts accordingly to protect muscle mass and optimize results.

Who runs the coaching calls?

Dr. Laucirica leads and runs all coaching calls. If he is ever called away, one of his certified coaching team — trained by Dr. Laucirica and operating under his supervision — will step in. You will work with the same person on every visit for continuity of care.

Does this work without GLP-1 medication?

Yes — completely. The 6-Week Method is designed to produce results with or without GLP-1 therapy. If you're on GLP-1 medication, the program complements it. If you're not, the program works on its own. Medication is never required for this tier.

How is this different from the 12-Week Program?

The 12-Week Program is a longer, more comprehensive physician-led fat loss journey with metabolic support. This 6-Week Method is standalone — focused on lean muscle building, fat loss, and sustainable habits over a concentrated 6-week sprint. It's ideal for people who want fast, focused results without a 3-month commitment.

Is Weight No More available in my state?

Yes. Weight No More serves clients across all 50 states. The coaching program is conducted entirely via Zoom, so location is not a barrier.
